About True Light Wellness

Our mission is to partner with you to obtain optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health and restored hope. Through education and motivation, we will encourage you to make better life choices, having to do with food, activities, and even help you create a better thought life, so that you can walk in the fullness of who you were created to be. But most importantly, we want to help you realize your worth and value.

True Light Wellness was founded by Yvette Burks who passionately lives and practices what she teaches her clients: “Eat to live, not live to eat.”

Yvette is a firm believer that God gave us every seed-bearing plant to be used for food and medicine (Revelation 22:2).  She is a Certified Natural Health Professional and obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from Trinity School of Natural Health.  She has devoted herself to being a lifetime student of Natural Health concepts and continues her education of cutting-edge technologies in this field.  She has been living a natural health lifestyle for over 27 years and believes all of us can take some responsibility for our own health.

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

True Light Wellness encourages people to take an active role in making healthier choices for their life – from the foods we eat, the activities we take part in, to the very thoughts we think. As a Health and Wellness Coach, Yvette engages in “partnering together to obtain optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health and restored hope” with each of her clients.
