Try this test: Purchase two apples. Be sure one of them is labeled organic and the other one is non-organic.

Take a bite or two out of each apple and leave it on the counter for 24 hours. The one that has turned the most brown (the organic one) is far better for you because it has more enzymes, which your body needs to break down your food into absorbable nutrients.

Just a note:  If a bug won’t eat it, you shouldn’t either!
